Assoc. Prof. BERNA ÖĞMEN

Assoc. Prof. Berna Öğmen is a distinguished medical researcher and educator based in Ankara, Turkey. With a strong foundation in health sciences, her work primarily revolves around internal medicine with an emphasis on endocrinology.

Berna Öğmen began her educational journey at Ankara University, where she pursued her undergraduate degree in Medicine from 2000 to 2006. Determined to further enhance her knowledge and skills, she went on to pursue a post-doctorate in Medicine at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University from 2011 to 2014. As an associate professor, Dr. Öğmen has been an active contributor to academia. Between 2017 and 2018, she taught courses on a range of topics including hypopituitarism, symptoms and diagnostics in pituitary diseases, cardiovascular examination, hyperpituitarism, posterior pituitary diseases, as well as several courses on diabetes mellitus, including its diagnosis, classification, clinical findings, treatment, and complications.
