A Featured Profile does two things at once: it makes you easier to find when a patient is already searching your area, and it puts you in front of patients RFAMD reaches who might never have found you otherwise. In practice, that tends to translate to roughly 1 to 15 new patient inquiries a month. Where you land in that range comes down to factors largely in your control — how easy you make it to book, how complete your profile is, and how closely you match what patients in your city are looking for. Patients are selective, so the specialists who see the most return are the ones who make the next step effortless.

Yes. A city can hold several listed doctors — multiple Map Listings, and more than one Featured Profile. The one position limited to a single specialist per city is Pro, the top-priority placement that surfaces ahead of everyone else when a patient searches. So a city can list many doctors, but only one can hold the exclusive Pro spot. That’s the position worth securing before a colleague does.

Pro gives a single specialist the top-priority position for a defined city. While it’s held, other doctors in the same city can still join as Map Listings or Featured Profiles, but Pro referrals route to the holder first. If you’d like to know whether Pro is open in your city, apply or ask us before you commit.

Billing starts at checkout. All three self-serve tiers open a Stripe subscription when you complete payment, so your first charge is taken then, not when your profile publishes. Map Listing and Pro go live the same day. Featured pages publish within 3–5 business days of receiving your assets.

Map Listing has no minimum — cancel anytime. Featured Page and Pro carry a 90-day minimum term, which protects placement quality and lets us iterate on your profile based on real inquiry patterns. Direct Booking terms are confirmed during review.

Yes — you can upgrade anytime, and upgrades take effect immediately. Because Pro is limited to one specialist per city, upgrading is also how you secure that exclusive spot before a colleague does. Downgrades process at the end of the current billing cycle.

RFAMD never collects or stores patient medical records. Patients are instructed to share records directly with your clinic. The directory connects patients to you; the clinical relationship stays entirely between you and the patient.
